Plattshaus

Privacy policy

How Plattshaus handles information.

Who this covers

Plattshaus is a personal prototype operated by Richard Platts for the members of his own household. It has no other users.

What information is used

How it is used

Information is used only to run the household assistant for the household. Messages are sent through Amazon Web Services' messaging service, which processes phone numbers and message content only to deliver the messages.

Sharing

No information is sold or rented. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is not shared with anyone outside the household except the service providers needed to run the assistant (Amazon Web Services for message delivery, and Google for calendar and email access).

Storage and retention

Information is stored on equipment controlled by the account owner and in the account owner's cloud accounts. A recipient who replies STOP is removed from the daily texts; their number and opt-out record are kept only so they are not messaged again.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Household members can ask Richard Platts at any time to see or delete what Plattshaus holds about them.
